The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize package is US$100. No transfer, refund, cash redemption, substitution, or replacement of the prize or any prize component is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable.
