Hey fellow contest goers.(especailly in Florida) I just wanted to post on One Country's contests and rules. While Florida is not the only state that's excluded, I can only comment on Florida since that's where I live. So in the specific rules it details that Florida(and other states) are excluded. So over the last two months I've been emailing them and they responded it was because of the Florida specific regulations. So I did some legwork and found out that the Florida Department of Agriculture is the regulating agency for the giveaways, sweepstakes and lotteries in Florida, and so I reached out to them. It took a little bit to get a response but they informed me that they show no record of One Country has ever filed to operate their contests and giveaways in Florida. So again I contactedOne Country and was then told to contact their legal dept. So I did. I have still yet to hear back from them. I also noted over the last two years, the majority of winners have been from Texas. I know we have gators in Florida, but is that a reason to exclude us? LOL anyway, just wanted to make everyone aware, so yoyu don't get your hopes up to win. Good Luck to everyone!! Keep entering!!
