Looks like it's only opened to Ireland. It says to visit T&Cs - I dont see one posted for that contest, but their previous rules for other state " promotion is open to all Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 years" Just sharing incase others like me have to choose who to unfollow to follow new people to enter Instagram contests. It'd be nice if these companies just list it on the contest page instead of having to guess lol
