If you don't have a cell phone... don't bother trying to enter. Must be able to receive a text message code to register for Sweeps. I contacted Nestle for a possible work around and sent all my information ... Reply back said, can't be done, as part of stated rules. BooHoo ??? Good Luck everyone else.
