I am SO sick of these from USA Today! This is the 3rd one this year now where they don't set up their sweepstakes properly so no one can enter! They don't respond to their emails either. Done with them!
I am receiving a message stating “sorry, you are outside the eligible participation area” even though the Rules indicate that residents of the 48 contiguous United States are eligible - I entered that I live in NJ
Rules also state that you must be the owner of a single family house
The eligible participation error message seems to have been corrected - I was able to enter on 9/21 at 7:23 pm EST using NJ as my state
I live in NY and get the same message
