The White Claw Hard Seltzer SURGE Ultimate Tailgate Pickup Truck Sweepstakes offers one Grand Prize. The verified winner will receive one midsize hybrid pickup truck with off‑road driving features; the specific manufacturer, model number, type, color and features will be determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion and may differ from images used in advertising. The Grand Prize also includes a six‑thousand‑dollar ($6,000) check payable to the winner, which may be used for title, registration, decal, upgraded sound system, or other expenses related to accepting the truck, and the check is awarded only if the winner accepts the pickup truck. The winner must take delivery of the vehicle at the location designated by the Sponsor. The Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to deliver the vehicle within one hundred fifty (150) days after verification, but is not responsible for delivery delays caused by supply‑chain disruptions or other events. After delivery to the specified address, the winner bears all risk of loss or damage. The winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, proof of required auto insurance and vehicle registration before taking delivery and is solely responsible for title, taxes, license, registration, insurance and any other fees associated with the Grand Prize. If the winner cannot take ownership or delivery within thirty (30) days of notification, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Grand Prize cannot be assigned or transferred, and no cash alternative or substitution is allowed except at the Sponsor’s discretion. If the Grand Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded.
