The Utz, Zapp’s and On The Border Chips and Dips Ultimate Tailgating Essentials Sweepstakes sponsor will award one Grand Prize. Five First Place prizes, and fifty Runner Up prizes. The Grand Prize includes a 65-inch HD smart TV, tailgating gear, a propane griddle, a fire pit, and a snack package, with an approximate retail value of $2,410. Each First Place winner will receive tailgating essentials including chairs, a tent, a grill, and the same snack package, valued at $430 each. Runner Up winners will receive only the snack package, valued at $60 each. All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $7,560.

There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. One (1) Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a trip package for two (2) people, Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”), to a UFC event scheduled to take place on a to-bedetermined date during the 2025 calendar year at a to-be-determined location within the 50 United States (“UFC Event”).

Trip package includes:

i. Round-trip, coach-class air-transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to a

to-be-determined by the Sponsor location within the 50 United States;

ii. Three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations, based on single room

with double occupancy;

iii. Two (2) tickets to the UFC Event; and

iv. $1,000 cash allowance, to be awarded in the form of a check or pre-paid bank gift.
