Enter to win Round-trip coach class air transportation, from a major airport near the winner's residence, for four (4) people (the winner and up to three (3) additional individuals designated in writing by winner) to Orlando. All travel must begin/end with the same major airport. Winner is responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport at point of origin. Airline selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sweepstakes winner and additional individuals must provide all documents required for air travel and entrance into the United States. If the travel companion is a minor under the age of eighteen (18), the winner must be the parent or legal guardian of such travel companion. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any cancellations (with respect to travel or otherwise), delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever by winner, his/her travel companions, or any third parties with respect to the First Prize. The First Prize winner understands and agrees that Sponsor and/or prize provider have the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify and remove the First Prize winner or his or her guest from any activity at any time without compensation if the First Prize winner’s or his or her guest behavior at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Sponsor or prize provider, or otherwise violates the policies of the Sponsor or prize providers, and in such a case, First Prize winner will still be solely responsible for all taxes and other expenses related to the prize. If the travel companion is a minor under the age of eighteen (18), the winner must be the parent or legal guardian of such travel companion. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any cancellations (with respect to travel or otherwise), delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever by winner, his/her travel companions or any third parties with respect to the First Prize. While the Sponsor will make every effort to provide the “meet and greet” with OneRepublic, due to potential changes in the artist’s schedule, illness and/or other factors not within Sponsor’s control, OneRepublic’s attendance at the scheduled event is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
