To enter, visit https://aldf.org/article/take-our-survey/ and fill out the survey from April 22, 2026, at 12:00 A.M. PST through May 6, 2026, at 11:59 P.M. PST. Only one entry per person is accepted. Three winners will receive a prize pack valued at $23.85, including an ALDF logo vinyl sticker, animal sticker sheets, and more. ALDF reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners will be selected by random drawing and notified by email.
