To enter, during the Entry Period, through a qualifying referral, you may refer a friend to register for a Club Pilates membership. The referred friend must, during the Entry Period, purchase a new membership online, via the app or in-studio and the referred friend must be a new customer to Club Pilates. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing upon each referred friend that signs up for a Club Pilates membership and that meets the criteria set forth in these Official Rules.
