Planet Fitness Sweepstakes runs from August 17, 2026 through August 31, 2026 (Eastern Time). All entries must be received by the Sponsor by the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor may extend, shorten, cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion at its sole discretion, and its clock is the official clock.

How to Enter:

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter by fully completing the online entry form and clicking the “submit” button. Only one entry per eligible entrant is allowed, and each entrant may win only one prize. Incomplete entries are void. Entrants must provide a valid e‑mail address and are responsible for notifying Sponsor of any changes to their e‑mail or postal address. Consent to receive commercial e‑mail is optional and does not affect entry eligibility.

Social Media:

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform. If entry requires a specific platform, the entrant must be a registered user of that platform and have internet access.

Winner Selection & Contact:

After the Promotion Period ends, Sponsor will randomly select entries needed to award each prize. Sponsor will attempt to contact each potential winner by e‑mail, mail and/or telephone within 48 hours of the drawing. Winners must respond within 72 hours and meet all official rules; otherwise an alternate winner will be chosen.

Prize Description:

- Four (4) tickets to the Philadelphia Union vs FC Cincinnati match at Subaru Park on September 9, 2026.

The approximate retail value of the prize is $845.
