CVS Home Team Heroes Contest – a sweepstakes for soccer‑playing families to win incredible community prizes.
How to Enter – During the promotion period, visit CVSHomeTeamHeroes.com, complete the online form and nominate your child by providing:
1. The child’s name.
2. Answers (≤250 words each) to:
- How is your child helping make a difference in the community?
- How has soccer shaped who your child is on and off the field?
- What does being crowned a “Home Team Hero” mean to your child and their community?
3. Upload three recent photos (2 soccer‑action, 1 community‑involvement).
Each complete submission equals one free entry. Entries must be in English and submitted by the nominator (the account holder of the email used). Duplicate accounts or non‑compliant entries will be disqualified. Normal internet/phone charges apply.
Entry Requirements – By submitting, you confirm you are the parent/guardian, have permission to enter on the child’s behalf, and that the entry is original, non‑offensive, and does not infringe any third‑party rights.
