NOMINEE ELIGIBILITY: The nominee must be (a) a legal U.S. resident residing in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania; (b) 25 years of age or older at the time of entry; and (c) a teacher at an accredited public, private or charter school or educational organization that is located within the Eligible Territories (listed above) (“Nominee” or “Teacher”).
