The AAM Group Keys to Ride Toyota Sweepstakes. Finalist Prizes: Six (6) Finalist Prize Winners will be awarded a Finalist Prize of a $1,500 gift card to be used towards travel expenses and hotel rooms to/from the 2025 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, NV November 3, 2025 to November 5, 2025. The sponsor will book and pay the down payment for two (2) night hotel accommodations (one standard room, room and tax only) at a hotel to be determined by Sponsors. Upon arrival, the Finalist will be responsible for paying for the remaining amount due for the two (2) night hotel accommodations. Finalist is responsible for any additional costs due to booking a different room, a different hotel or any additional nights, or costs. Finalist Prize Winner must be able to attend the 2025 SEMA Show on the exact dates provided in order to participate in the Grand Prize Event on November 4, 2025. If the Finalist Prize Winner is unable to attend the Grand Prize Event, he/she will forfeit their right to the Finalist Prize and the opportunity to participate in the Grand Prize Event and no compensation will be awarded. Finalist Prize Winner will be required to attend the 2025 SEMA Show on November 4, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time and will be required to meet any requirements, ie. identification, etc, in order to attend the Grand Prize Event. Finalist Prize Winner is responsible for making all travel arrangements to/from the Finalist Prize Winner’s residence and Las Vegas, NV, except hotel accommodations. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Finalist Prize is $1,900. Total ARV of all Finalist Prizes is $11,400.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a 2024 Toyota Tacoma Truck (the “Grand Prize”). Grand Prize has a Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (the “MSRP”) of approximately $51,166.67 (color, Options and Accessories to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsors). The Toyota sweepstakes grand prize Winner must have and provide a valid Driver’s License and provide proof of existing vehicle insurance coverage (Comprehensive or Liability) at time of delivery.

Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 prize award): The eligible entrant designated as the grand prize winner shall receive a trip for two (2) for the winner and one (1) guest (21 years of age or older) to WrestleMania 41 with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) not to exceed $4,500, and shall include:

Two (2) tickets to the Sponsor designated WWE event (WrestleMania 41) scheduled to take place in Las Vegas, NV on April 19 and April 20, 2025;

Round trip coach-class airfare for two from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to the Sponsor-designated major airport nearest Las Vegas, NV (“LAS” airport);

Actual travel dates, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsor;

If winner resides within 250 miles of the event location, Sponsor reserves the right to award a $500 Sponsor-designated gift card toward ground transportation in lieu of airfare.

Three (3)-nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy) at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in the metro area of the event location (based upon availability);

Arrival and departure dates as solely specified by Sponsor, based upon availability;

One (1) $500 Sponsor-designated gift card.

Regional Prize Awards (minimum 10 prize awards): Each regional prize winner shall be awarded: two (2) general admission tickets to the designated WWE event as outlined above. ARV of each regional prize: $100. Total ARV of all available regional prize awards: $1,000. Daily sweeps entry.
